Dr. Amendola did incredible diagnostic work that 18 other ortho folks could not do for my son. He doesn't just carry titles like the President of the American Orthopedic Association but is driven by evidence to get to the real issues for my son's ankles. Surgery went well and my son is walking again. We call him Dr. House in our house.
Day 1 of surgery—I am immensely satisfied with Dr. Amendola. His bedside manner was fantastic, and the anesthesia team did an amazing job. They listened to me, respected me, and truly heard me. The surgery was seamless, and the level of care was exactly what I expect from Duke—completely in line with the professionalism and quality I have always experienced there.
