Greetings ! Dr.Annie Varughese is an outstanding human being, Doctor and friend I have known her for over 20 years. She’s dedicated and a very respected doctor. There are conditions that are not related to cardiology that she discovered I had an aneurysm and didn’t know it until Dr. Varughese referred me to the right doctor for the aneurysm had it not been for her ordering bloodwork for high blood pressure I would have not known that I had had a heart attack ,a well-known Hospital sent me home even though they ran bloodwork ... read more
I have been trying for over a year to resolve an overpayment/refund issue from a visit at this practice. I was repeatedly told the refund would be processed, but it never happened. After multiple follow-ups, the original location closed, and now billing says they cannot locate my account, possibly due to ownership or system changes. I also no longer have access to the patient portal. Very frustrating experience and extremely difficult to get any resolution or communication regarding billing.
I genuinely would not recommend this practice to anyone. In fact, I would warn friends and family members to stay away. The flashy public image and media presence may look impressive, and that is exactly what initially drew me to Dr. Varughese, but my personal experience has been miserable.
