the staff at the front desk are quite rude and unwilling to help or offer assistance in a dental emergency... very unprofessional highly I unrecommend this is the 3rd complaint I've made and they have removed... clearly you don't want the bad image of your staff shown to the public, the dentist is fine... the other staff that works out the front are a poor excuse of a healthcare worker

The staff was quite rude and not willing to offer any assistance in an emergency...
I saw Dr Annie Tong for a second opinion and she was patient, empathetic, provided information in a easy to understand manner and ultimately was so kind. She made it feel it was ok to ask questions and seems to genuinely want to help people whereas as my orthodontist seems to enjoy shutting down questions with no's and why not's as quickly as possible. Dr Annie Tony's patients are very lucky to have her as their orthodontist.
My 8 year old daughter was referred to Annie for a crocked tooth and I was very impressed with how Annie dealt with the issue. She was clear in her explanations and spoke directly to our daughter, which I thought was great! I would highly recommend Annie and we will be going back to see her.
