Could not figure out zoom even though this is her platform…. Asked if I would do a time line. I did which is traumatic in of itself then after went over it asked if I grew up poor, I said yes??? Never called me back? Weird

Does not meet in person, but also does not know how to Zoom. Can't understand what she's saying and cuts you short on time.

Dr. Cooper is exceptional. She’s everything you want in a therapist: compassionate, effective and insightful, widely intelligent, and likable. Please read my fuller comments on Healthgrades. I can’t for the life of me understand how people could say some of the things they’ve said here. Some folks take their problems with them wherever they go. Dr. Cooper is an absolute gem.

I would leave negatives stars if that were an option. I can’t give any review of the doctors, because of the rude, unprofessional, condescending office staff (the woman who answers the phone). She was rude to me and to my son. For someone that works in the mental health industry, she is the WORST human that could be the face of the office. If you have to talk to her, be prepared to be treated extremely poorly. I would suggest going anywhere but here.
