My 16-yr old daughter and I had a surprisingly upsetting first-time experience with Dr. Nelson. The staff and the nurse were wonderful. The doctor, upon entering the room and greeting us, made a comment: "I am so glad it's Friday, I get to sleep in tomorrow". Dr. Kuta and Mary are both amazing. We have been so happy with their care the last 8 years. They are kind, easy to talk to, patient, have always given us all the time we needed, and don't hesitate to refer out when needed. In terms of emergencies or after hours, I've never had trouble reaching them or had to wait for an appointment, they are extremely accommodating and helpful.
This doctor lacks compassion, doesn’t listen, has little concern about a child’s over all health, and doesn’t value the parents input when the parents have been managing their child’s health issues for longer than she has been involved. Find another doctor…any doctor.
She can be a danger to a child. My two-year-old has special needs and has been throwing up consistently, I asked for her help on what I should do next because his GERD is agitated. Her response was he is at his max dose that I should contact the pediatrician and that there’s nothing she can do. I contacted her back saying the pediatrician will just refer me back to you. And that if she cannot help me I will try and figure out what to do and she just ignored my message, no care in the world that my son has been throwing up. S... read more
Have seen Dr. Wagner from early childhood through adolescence, couldn't recommend her more. Both highly competent and caring. From my experience, leans toward conservative treatment course, but in hindsight I can see why this was the best call for my case.
We have been going to Dr Kuta for 4 1/2 years now and I am so happy we found her!! She is an amazing doctor and really takes the time to get to know the patients and their families. She is very knowledgeable and patient and talks to parents on their level and has an amazing bedside manner with the kids. Nurse Mary is also just as amazing! Dr. Kuta and Nurse Mary are the absolute best! Their dedication to my visit is always very wholesome and they are genuinely interested in how I am doing - both health and life wise. They always take the time to answer questions thoroughly and to have a conversation with you. I have been their patient for the past 16+ years and they are like my second family. I trust Dr. Kuta and Nurse Mary completely that I refuse to switch to a general doctor - they deserve a million stars!!
Dr Kuta and nurse Mary are kind compassionate and thorough. They took the time to find out everything that was going on with my children.they were there when we had a serious health problem with one of my children and supported the whole family. I loved having Dr Kuta as my children's Doctor. My kids are grown now
If I could leave zero stars I would! She was condescending and passive aggressive towards myself and my child. Bedside manner was awful. She is someone I would never recommend anyone to see.
