Dr Moore has zero bedside manner. Cut me off when I tried to talk, she was condescending, told me that my symptoms were wrong, seemed annoyed by me because my symptoms weren’t like they were supposed to be, was super rushed. She had to give me some bad news about my joint, but she is not the type of doctor you want giving you any news. Zero stars, would not recommend.
Dr. Moore is like an icicle -- sharp (not in a good way), cold and distant. She saw my 12 yo twice and basically stared daggers at his mother. She has no bedside manner and made us feel that we were wasting her time by daring to be at the clinic. She spoke very little and when the cast came off (after a month) and discovered it was placed incorrectly and his forearm was abnormally bent, she responded, "that is normal." Had an appointment with Dr Moore in mid July after a fall in June. Was concerned that my knee was painful and buckling. My concerns were dismissed. I was given an injection and a knee brace. Was told it was probably not a meniscus tear. After a few weeks of PT, the pain was still there. Sought a second opinion. Had an MRI. My arthroscopic surgery is scheduled for November for my meniscus tear.
I don’t know where the positive reviews came from… REALLY disappointed with my flash appointment! Got extra charged from an appointment that I spent more time waiting for the doctor than actually talking to her. The only good part of the appointment was taking X-rays, because the appointment itself just frustrated me with the lack of care from the doctor. If you are looking for an attentive doctor, definitely don’t waste your time and money!
