She not care about patients !
This person is despicable. She clearly did not care about my well-being. I wish I had checked her reviews first..

Dr.Leach is not empathetic and does not show any genuine concern for her patients or their mental health. How she is still practicing is beyond my comprehension. Cutting patients off antidepressants cold turkey for a month at a time and not checking in on them or returning calls about prescription refill for an antidepressant for an entire MONTH. Ridiculous and CRUEL. Dangerous to say the least. Not even an apology at the next appointment for her delayed response.
When dealing with mental illness, one needs a doctor who is both compassionate and knowledgeable in pharmacology. Dr. Leach is neither. At one point, she made me feel like a piece of dirt.
I totally agree with the review left which indicates a negative star is in order. If you are going to practice in this field, you need to be available at least on a daily basis to assist your patients in crisis. She is not. The only option is to leave a message on the "nurse line" and then they have 48 BUSINESS HOURS to respond. The patient could certainly be dead by that time. VERY BAD PRACTICE. Not sure if it is all her, but also Centerstone.
If negative stars were an option I would start there. Nothing but issues and careless malpractice leading to further issues. I’m not sure if she is terrible at her job and doesn’t know how to treat her patients or just genuinely does not car AT ALL about them. Either way keep yourself and loved ones away from her!
