Dr. Pennington is the absolute best pediatrician ever. We've seen several and she goes above and beyond. When she walked in, she knew my child's entire history without referring to his records. She listens, she is very attentive, she's patient, and she always tells us how well we are doing as parents. She reminds children that the only people that should ever see or touch private parts are doctors and their parents. She is amazing. If I could have given her more stars than 5, I gladly would have. Dr Edwards did a breast tissue removal on my chest 2yrs ago and she was a great Dr she explained everything so I understood and I recommend her highly
She is not someone I would recommend to anyone with a child. She is rude and hateful to parents. My child can also sense how I am feeling towards her and makes her feel uncomfortable during her well checkups and she's an infant.
Much time wasted here (9 months) still as bad, maybe worse, than when I started seeing Dr Fahim. Dr. did not call me back and procedures took weeks because of incompetent person filling pre authorizations ti insurance company. I will not be back and definitely do not recommend this doctor
I unfortunately agreed to have her do a surgery on me in Elkins for a very large lipoma on my back and few smaller ones. I also requested the removal of several large skin tags that are constantly irritated by clothing. She did not remove any skin tags. At the follow up visit I was left with some stitches that should have been removed and had to have them removed by someone else. She didn't listen to me, do all the surgery requested, and was not concerned about not doing the skin tags.
She took time with me. Dr Banfield really listened and recommend a helpful suggestions.
She was professional and great with communication during my OB appointments and the delivery of my baby. Her calm demeanor helped me a lot.
