I literally have no way of contacting my family doctor. The phone number on her page does not work, SYHD says she’s only on call and has no public information they can give out…. I have meds I need refilled and just moved to San Diego and cannot make a Dr appointment bc there’s no working phone number. It’s insane! Please contact me immediately!

Anne kaufhold is supposed to be my primary care manager and family doctor. I have been in San Diego for almost 3 months and have not been able to get an appointment because the number does not work. I cannot call tricare appt line, bc she’s not a military provider; I have 3 kids and prescriptions that need filled immediately. Please contact me immediately or provide a working phone number or email that I can use to make appointments. This is ridiculous l.

Dr. Kaufhold has always been a terrific advocate for me and getting done that which needs to be done. She's been my primary care doctor for over 12 years and I am more than sad she is leaving. Good-bye Dr. Kaufhold. With love, Leeanne
