Dr Anne Kossowan is essentially a crook. She completely ruined my mouth and seemingly there was no end in sight before she racked up a sum of money that she did not deserve. She does not return emails or phone calls, and there was no consistancy with her back-office. I dont know if its because she was going through a divorce or something outside of her profession but she riped me off for well over 10k, i eventually had to get all the work redone and choose a more experienced dentist. I had Invisalign treatment with Dr.Kossowan and Iam so happy with my new smile!!!!! It was a great experience and my teeth were straight in less than a year. Dr.kossowan is very professional and personable . i highly recommend her.

I was referred to Dr. Kossowan by another dentist as I wanted Invisalign and since day one, the service, professionalism , consistency, and overall basic respect was missing. Not only was the above inadequate but her prices were outrageous. In fact, not only did I pay a lump sum up front, I had to pay for individual appointments. Appointments. Do NOT come here. She smiles at you and tells you she has advanced training as an orthodontic specialist but her behavior became apparently bizarre and she seemed confused as to what she was doing most of the time. Also there was a new technician working there almost each visit and on average, every few months there was a new receptionist. She has made my teeth more crooked than they were before and now has the nerve to tell me she is going to start charging me per office visit after I complained it was taking much longer th... read more

Worst dental experience. Very unprofessional. Lost some of my invisalign trays. Does not return phone calls. Office is very disorganized. During one visit, I was left in the chair for 45 minutes in the middle of my appointment while the doctor left to take a phone call regarding her financials. I would never recommend receiving treatment from this doctor.

Unfortunately, after many 2nd chances, this was the most negative medical experience I've ever encountered. This Dr. has a very casual approach to treatment and a high level of difficulty communicating the course of one's treatment. Dr. Kossowan made significant errors in both treatment and communications and despite being afforded seemingly innumerable chances to correct herself, made no effort to do so (nor did she acknowledge errors). I would strongly recommend patients seek more high quality treatment.

I am an objective person. I don't take pleasure in speaking badly of others and I certainly don't like hurting other people's livelihoods. However in this case I do not feel bad when I say this has been the worst experience with a dentist in my life. I received invisalign treatment from Dr. Kossowan for 2 years and after the first few visits, i wish i had done more research. I had braces (adult) from Dr. Kossowan. She did not give me an accurate cost estimate nor give accurate estimation of treatment time. Her billing is unusual in that she continues to charge monthly fees even after the entire pre-quoted balance is paid. No other orthodontist I consulted bills that way--wish I would have known in advance.
