I was with Dr. Lopez for more than 2 years. she saw me only once or twice .. she explained my menopausal condition - told her my daily struggles & symptoms. she was very attentive, thorough & started me on lose dose HRT - the next visits & testosterone pellet injections I was handles by her Nurse practitioners. The best doctor ever??
Just had my annual done and it’s supposed to free cause my insurance covers it all.. Only cause I voice to nurse Practitioner that I had a mass on my breast and at times it hurts they billed cause she ordered a sonogram beside also scheduling a mammogram. This office charges you for anything and everything. This isn’t the first time that its happen to me but it will be the last.
I was referred to Dr. Annabelle Lopez due to a tumor that was found in an ultrasound. I asked the nurse if it was possible to speak to Dr. Lopez before the actual test/pap smear cause I had some questions (since I hadn’t had one in five years) and Dr. Lopez took the time to visit with me and explain as to why I was referred to her and what needed to be done. Went in for my annual visit, I was greeted as I arrived by the front staff, the nurses are so helpful and nice. I was seen my Nayfa NP and she made my visit very comfortable! After my exam I got my blood work done with the lab tech and my appointment was ready in the front for me afterwards. Highly recommend this office.
I have been going here for all 7 months of my pregnancy and I honestly don't know why I never switched. I have problem after problem with this office. They say they will give me a prescription but when I go to pick it up it wasn't never called in. When I call them to call it in sometimes they don't even answer. When I finally get ahold of someone they tell me they will have a nurse call me back but no one calls. When I left notes for the doc I never heard back from anyone. I felt so uncared for.
My appointment was scheduled on the wrong day and i received horrible customer service from the front staff. The manager is also never available to speak with. The PAs however were very friendly and professional. I would not recommend this office.
Dr Lopez is the OB/GYN in the valley hands down. Compassionate, great bedside manners, and reliable!! Highly recommend Dr Lopez to all expecting mommies!!
Doctor is never at the office. I went 10 times literally and saw her once before I finally decided to switch OBGYNs. The girls were extremely rude and seem bored if I asked questions. She had 4 different PAs it's just ridiculous.
