Clearly does not listen or show empathy, understanding or care or warmth to patients in my personal experience.. I spoke to this lady Dr once on a weekend when I was completely destabilised and she basically tried to medically gas light me and say I was fine when I was very very distressed and in a lot of pain. So sick of being told that I am this when I know I am not. I wish she was a bit warmer or approachable as twice now I have come away feeling very unheard, dismissed, ignored.
