I had facial laser hair removal treatment at this clinic with Dr Anna. During one session, the laser was applied to my eyebrow area and burned off half of my left eyebrow. It has been 2weeks and I still have no eyebrows. The following day, I spoke with Dr. Anna. I did not receive an apology and was told the issue could not be assessed over the phone and that I should come into the clinic. Dr. Anna Sylwestrowicz is an amazing compassionate doctor. After decades of struggling with acne scars and many failed treatments I had a consult with her. We discussed my allergies, health and yes my facial scars. I had a TCA cross treatment for $500 that same day.
