From the moment I called I was treated with care and respect. They were able to work me in for an emergency procedure. The doctor and her staff took the utmost care with my treatment and made it a comfortable and pleasurable experience. Highest praise for this office!
Dr. Ratiner performed my first root canal and I recommend her to anybody needing endodental work. Her and her assistant worked seamlessly to provide exceptional care with this procedure. She was careful, attentive, thorough, and double checked her work before filling and completing the process.
Dr Ratiner was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She showed great concern for my comfort and worked very efficiently. She made an experience I dreaded into one that was rather comfortable and positive. Best of all, I have never had any issues with the root canal she did which is not what I can say for the first dentist I visited. Her team is also very efficient and courteous.
