She is wonderful! She explained everything and, when I went to the hospital, every single person on staff there that saw that she was my doctor commented on how great she is.
Horrific. She is a nightmare of a person. Rude, egocentric, easily threatened, and power tripping. Did nothing to help, had no ideas, 3 hour wait in a freezing room.
Dr Gonzales saw my elderly mom for a colonoscopy/biopsy. She showed great care and concern for her, and was great at communicating with her and my family. She takes the mystery and fear out of a colonoscopy, and you can tell she has great passion for her work. I also found her to have a good sense of humor, which helped in our coping with a difficult situation. She was patient with our questions and explained both the procedure and the results very well. I would definitely recommend her.
I have NEVER encountered a doctor like Dr. Anna Gonzales, thank God!! I won't get into it because I am choosing not to be like her. She is a "mean, mean" person. Just because she is a doctor doesn't give her the right to treat a patient like she did to me. If she was having a hard day, perhaps next time she should stay home instead of taking her aggression on the patients. Unbelievable!!
First consult, Dr Gonzalez was professional, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. She reviewed my entire health history and then explained her recommendations clearly and completely. Very impressed and I understand now why her appointments are thee months out. Awesome Dr! Incredible human.
Dr. Anna Gonzales has been my Gastro Dr since 2012. I saw her for concerns about celiac disease after a family member was diagnosed positive. I was negative. When I turned 50 in 2014, I saw her for my first colonoscopy. All clear. I saw her again in Spring of 2019 because I had blood in my stool. She did another colonoscopy and I was diagnosed with hemorrhoids. After many different treatments (creams, steroids, laser treatments) the bleeding persisted. Dr. Gonzales is always patient and has an excellent bed side manner. Takes the time to listen to you and find out what the problem is. Love her.
She is THE BEST!! Her personality and knowledge removes all your fears:)
I saw Dr. Gonzales for the first time today. She was easy to talk to and took time to listen to my medical history. I feel comfortable with her and confident in her suggestions.
