Dr. Conti misdiagnosed me with FND even after ordering imaging that blatantly showed the issue. A few months later, I was diagnosed with extensive idiopathic syringomyelia of the thoracic spine at my first visit with a neurosurgeon and scheduled for surgery that same day. Mind you, this was with the same MRI imaging that Dr. Conti supposedly reviewed. Not only did Dr. Conti’s “diagnosis” delay me receiving care I desperately needed, but it made me feel like I was crazy as well. I endured 4 months of pain and declining neurol... read more

Follow up from leaving a bad review I can only assume. I went to my eye doctor on Monday, April 8th because I was having an issue with my eyes. He immediately noticed something neurological going on because of my optic nerve being swollen and the presence of fluid. I called Dr Conti office after returning home and advised her office staff of this finding. I was just there on April 3rd. This woman looked in my eyes with not just one but two instruments. Refused to listen to my new symptoms, mocke

Very unprofessional, unaware of how to treat the patient, even with seeing g the symptoms. She dismisses the situation if the test comes back negative, although you continue to have problems which she can see. Her answer is be happy it could be worse. Welcome to her world of neurology. Very insensitive to patients health concerns.

Told me she was supposed to examine me-like she was a child being forced to-didn't know what medicines to give for my headaches- said she didn't need to see me anymore but told me to keep a headache journal!

Dr Conti got very aggravated & impatient with my 87 year old mother trying to explain her Parkinson symptoms to her & ROLLED her eyes & sighed. Not the best people skills. Not going back. Found another Neurologist who has compassion & patience with elderly people.

Denied that office had ordered testing, was completely unprepared and dismissive, did not address primary reason for visit. Best part was when she said I did not need to see her again!

My whole appointment with her was a joke. She had already reached a decision about my condition after just a short discussion. She did a cursory examination and said I was fine. Luckily she had ordered more testing which showed I needed to see a rheumatologist who is amazing. I would never go back to this doctor!

Dr. Conti originally showed interest in me and my symptoms. I was hopeful she could help. I called her office 3 times before she called me back. When she did, she said she'd been busy working in the hospital. She said my test results were normal and the problems were a result of stress. I was later diagnosed with lupus and it was determined the problems were NOT due to stress, but instead due to lupus. A poor doctor relies on the stress diagnosis when she cannot find anything.

Dr. Conti saw my fiancé 3 weeks ago. His HR department needs to speak with her directly to clarify his job duties. Until then my fiancé can't work and we are still unable to get through to Dr Conti. I have never dealt with an office that has such poor customer service or a dr who is that unavailable. I have had dr's call me after hours just to get an issue or concern resolved.
