If I could give this doctor a 0 stars I would. Incredibly rude. Dismissive. Save your time and money and go anywhere but to see her.
Although Dr. Kissin seemed extremely friendly to me at first, she was, unfortunately, a wolf in sheep's clothing. This is extremely disappointing to have to write this; however, I had serious health issues where I absolutely could not get out of bed, and function like usual. I missed one appointment and was subsequently billed for it. I called for a refund, and the provider's office simply did not care. Not to mention, the office and the doctor vehemently insisted that refunds are not their policy for missed appointments. On... read more
