I do not have issue with Dr. Tinio. She has always been good since my son was 1 year old. I never had problem with the staff until today. I scheduled for an appointment today because it’s a holiday and kids do not have school. I did undertime from work to be at their clinic on time. I checked in at 3:51pm for our 4pm appointment. My son and husband were waiting in the car because that was their protocol the last time we had a check up. Need to check in and wait for a call in the car. I will never go here again, while the staff is friendly and easy to work with, the doctor is a different story. She made me uncomfortable, never payed attention to my symptoms and never took my health into any real consideration, she let a death happen in my family, and a week after seeing her for headaches and chest pain when I breathed, I ended up in the ER.
