I do not have issue with Dr. Tinio. She has always been good since my son was 1 year old. I never had problem with the staff until today. I scheduled for an appointment today because it’s a holiday and kids do not have school. I did undertime from work to be at their clinic on time. I checked in at 3:51pm for our 4pm appointment. My son and husband were waiting in the car because that was their protocol the last time we had a check up. Need to check in and wait for a call in the car.
