Dr. Bordelon is careful and thorough. She is very good at explaining what she is doing and why. She is patient with questions. I would--and have--recommended her to many family members and friends. With one friend, she identified a condition that needed attention before it deteriorated further. It had not been noticed by her previous opthamologist.
Duke Eye Center normally is without peer. With an urgent situation, I had to see this young woman who is immature, inarticulate and not well schooled in clinical procedures. She does not know much about drugs. With a routine infection, she wanted to send me to a surgeon for a procedure.
Dr Bordelon scheduled a range of diagnostic procedures appropriate for my myopia and takes care to keep track of the relevant parameters.
