Charging me 80 dollars for a literal piece of Velcro I did not ask for is absurd. Besides that very nice and professional. I’m not kidding it was a piece of Velcro they’re charging me $80. Nothing fancy, nothing medical grade. A literal piece of cloth with Velcro. $80. Make it make sense.

My 91 year old mother fell and broke her wrist. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Because of her age and the severity of her injuries, we did not have time to look for a hand surgeon.
