The staff is extremely friendly. You always walk in into a smiling face, no matter what room. I have never had a long wait time in fact most of the time I’m even called in before my appointment. I transferred to Dr. Hatfield from another doctor in another office, I had been seeing the doctor for at least 10 years when I started having issues with pain that I had never had before. Having moved here two years ago, I had to start over with all new doctors. I would say getting a GIN is one of the scariest because I’m very picky and have expectations of Bedside manner when it comes to handling delicate issues. Dr. Hatfield, his hands down one of the best GYN doctors I have ever had! She is one of the nicest person, honest, easy to talk to and lighthearted. This is the gynecologist you want! Dr. Hatfield has been nothing short of amazing! She is God sent. I am so glad to have her
The staff was courteous and personable. But let me tell you more about Dr. Hatfield. She is amazing! She treated me as a person and not just a patient. She spent a lot of time with me and also communicated in a clear and understanding way. She listened to me, was professional and personable. I am very impressed.
