Dr. Andrew Stroud is a Family Physician at TriHealth Anderson. He is the WORST Doctor I have been exposed to in my life. He is rude, lacks medical knowledge and is a liability to the practice. I am a person who never writes a negative review but in this case I feel it would be irresponsible to not share my horrid experience and warn potential patients. Prior to my appointments with Dr. Stroud, my 8 years with TriHealth were a great experience! Additionally the Pediatricians at TriHealth Anderson are simply Exceptional!

Dr Brune is a superb doctor
I have been going there since my oldest was born almost 30yrs. All 5 of my children we took there my self and husband go there and now my grandchildren. Dr Mumma, Dr Croteau. Started with Dr Dasenbrock until he retired. I think they are all superior.
We absolutely love the staff at this location! Markovich is incredible (our son's PCP) as well as Croteau (our daughter's PCP), but the other doctors are all great as well. The nursing staff is great, the check in/reception staff are very friendly and helpful, and the facility is brand new. We have zero complaints!
My daughter’s doctor is Dr. Crouteau and she is awesome! We love her and her staff to death. I see Dr. Crellin and Dr. Roof and they are great. The new surgery center is beautiful and the staff is excellent.
You have to take time to register EVERY time you have an appointment. I’m not crazy about the physical therapist. He isn’t very personable, and doesn’t seem like he likes his job very much.
Self serve kiosk to check in - total FAIL. Wouldn’t accept my signature on HIPAA statements (had to use an X) and wouldn’t accept my co-pay. Only in America do replace hard working people with machines that do not work.
