First of all I will say I will NEVER use this women again. Long story short...With my type of insurance I have to pay up front and turn in receipts for reimbursements. I paid her for a routine eye exam (this was my first time seeing her back in June) $85.00 and she than billed my insurance as a medical exam, and was paid $93.00. Leaving me with not being able to get reimbursed because it was billed as a medical exam. This was NOT a medical exam just a routine eye exam.
