They use a lot of machines, bells, and whistles, which are no substitute for a trained eye. They use one of those machines that the military uses that don't get my prescription right and are really bad at adjusting to my eyes. I always feel so well taken care of when I see Dr. Ann Johannsen. Her office is beautiful, has state of the art equipment, and all the staff are so friendly.
Dr. Johannsen and her staff are wonderful to work with! It’s easy to get an appointment and they don’t make you wait. The front desk people are friendly and helpful. The equipment is state of the art. It is seriously the nicest optometry office I’ve ever been to! Even the bathroom is beautiful! But most importantly they take eye health seriously and they don’t overlook important details. The selection for glasses is great and I got some gorgeous prescription sunglasses that I love!
