Very professional, lots of knowledge and patience .
Very happy with my visit. No significant wait, all the exams were done efficiently, and Dr. Ballen was outstanding.
Dr Ballen represents the BEST of the best! She is highly skilled, up to date on the latest research in her field, and has both a keen intellect and compassionate personality. This means she can be trusted to provide the best, most appropriate care for her patients. My recent cataract surgery was perfect in every way. Laser reduced trauma to the eye Great team at the surgical center and perfect level of anesthesia (not to much nor too little). Office staff pleasant, efficient and thorough.
Dr. Ballen is one of the most compassionate AND brilliant physicians I have ever known! I would recommend her without reservation! She is also bilingual!
My child kept telling me she still couldn't see so I took her to a specialist. She didn't have anything serious so she made it feel like she wasn't important enough. Yes I know other kids have serious issue. Just because your anything doctor you don't talk to somebody any kind of way you want. She definitely caught me off guard. At least I kept it professional instead of telling her off, like I should have.
I had an eye infection during Hurricane Matthew and she went way above and beyond to make sure I got the medications I needed. Just very unexpected service in this day and age. Most grateful
