Dr Chang is knowledgeable and skilled. Most importantly he’s the kindest man.
Staff were very thorough, polite and professional. Doctor patiently went over what procedures he recommended and left the decision to us as to whether we wanted to proceed. No pressure and no scare tactics were used in his diagnosis.
