Ive never quit a Dr in .yb69 years but after them messing up and expecting me to pay for their mistake I quit & walked out. I should have quit months before.I was late 11 minutes and was made to reschedule due to a car wreck in front of me and Cops had us stopped. Yet my last appointment at 2:30 I was forced to wait until 3:45 .Tge Dr was not in. Surgery. They over book and over charge.I paid cash not insurance. Heck they couldn't make change. Love Dr. Sinha ! There are No long wait times and she addresses any issues or concerns that I may have Very quickly and completely. Very good staff. Also prescription questions or needs are addressed quickly by Dr. Sinha and her staff.
Dr. Sinha is kind, compassionate and thorough. She listens with a keen ear and responds with humble wisdom. Moving forward, she will continue to be my PCP along with my Biote pellet provider. Thank you, Dr. Sinha and lovely staff for a positive, uplifting experience at Ark Health.
I love going to dr sinha. Very caring. And the staff is very friendly and kind. I never have to wait long in the waiting room or in the exam room. No complaints what so ever.
