I started seeing Dr. Garg a few months back because it was the only place I could afford b/c of no insurance. At the very first visit, I noticed that the waiting room was FILTHY and had a VERY foul smell. Also, there were bugs and spiders crawling around on the white floor that looked black/gray because I seriously doubt they ever mop or use scented disinfectants. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
