I had a great experience at Katy pediatrics, The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very organized from the moment I walked in. Nicole was so polite and professional, Kristin took the time to listen to my concerns as always. I appreciate the level of care and professionalism and would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality healthcare.
Really like the Nurse Practitioner, she listen well to my questions & concerns. Front desk, Nicole helps me a lot making appointments & getting me in ASAP. She answers all my concerns.
Love my child’s doctor but dread making appointments every time I hear Nicole has picked up the phone.
Average good. Could have been better. Little bit more of empathy and communication. Keep it improving. 👍🏼
Front desk staff are always very polite however they do not do walk ins in the event your child needs to be seen same day they tell you go to urgent care. Dr. Gibson respects my decision to decline vaccinations for my little one.
