Dr Zachariah has been a lifesaver for me. She’s beyond knowledgeable, kind, professional, warm, and empathetic. I don’t know what I would do without her. It takes a very special person to deal with chronic pain patients/Lupus. And I hit the jackpot with her. I can’t say enough good things about her.
Dr. Zachariah is amazing! Highly recommend her. Her billing department not so much. I had an issue and was treated so poorly by Vanessa. She was rude, belittled me, talked on top of me, made me feel like what I owed was nothing compared to what could of been, never showed an once of sympathy. Worst experience I’ve had. Left that conversation feeling deflated.
