I'll give her (Dr Prasad) 2 stars and her front office staff negative 2 stars! The front office simply cannot follow through with anything! They say their phone/ fax system is messed up, but this has been literally a problem for months! I believe this office in Chandler is just mismanaged! If you are needing help with eye issues beware....it will be a frustrating and potentially expensive comedy of errors!
Upon showing up for my wife's appointment at 10:00 on Dec.9th. With Dr. Prasad we were told she was running late and maybe we could be able to get in in the afternoon. We drove 35 miles for nothing. When I ask the rude person at the front desk why she wouldn't of called us to tell us this she said oh we don't call people. This is unacceptable. Dr. Prasad is a fine doctor, but the front desk is horrible. You dread going in there.
