I'm usually very understanding about medical facilities m overworked because of covid-19 but I had an appointment at 2:00 for this particular clinic and I arrived at 2:08 only to be told that because I'm already late they cannot see me that I would have to reschedule and I said you mean to tell me there was no grace period for this facility and I was told well you're late so we have to reschedule you..
