DrMody is great . Professional and easy to talk to . The receptionist booking appointments was extremely rude and clearly on some sort of misguided power trip . Bad enough that I’m considering changing cardiologists .
Dr. Mody is warm and wonderful but as an office they need to figure out a way to get back to patient queries faster. It takes weeks to get a response (based on 3 instances when I had a question). Most of these questions are important to fine tune the treatment patient is getting.
They are rude, not professional staff. I was 5mins late They still told me they have to cancel. Even though they called me stating to go to other place ( like hospital) I tried to explain i was told to go somewhere else. I was very upset even when I showed them on my phone,that I spoke to someone from here go somewhere else. Yes I was upset...you would be upset by showing them on my phone I was told to go to the hospital. Everyone makes mistake and gets upset .
