Worst staff and provider I wouldn't take my dog to them
went in for emergency ear discharge with bleeding. Got right in when other MD's could not see me. They tested the wrong ear, kept coming in and out of room. Poor explanation of the problem then i get a statement from my insurance denying all of the charges ($1200). Was charged for surgery x2 and multiple lab charges. Insurance even denied the physician visit! Poorly run, discombobulated office. Never again!!!
My husband had a nosebleed that would not stop and continued to get worse, we went to several ERs and to ENT in Pinehurst, with no results. My husband and I were at our wits end, until Dr Jackson came to see him in the Firsthealth hospital, she managed to get his nose bleed to stop. Thank goodness she took her time out of her schedule to visit him.
This doctor was sued my blue cross blue shield for fraudulent billing. She is a con artist! You can find the article in the paper from 2005.
This dr does not know that her gate keeper (receptionist) is ruining her practice. I experienced a rude, I don't care attitude, who gave incorrect information. Also this ENT dr Jackson does not listen, she does all the talking from the time she walks in. When attempted to explain MY situation, she rudely cut me off. While i think anita has done a very good job on my family and me. She has help me though a very bad bractria infection and bad sinsus. NOW i need my left ear look at and guess what she will be the one to do it. I love me some anita and her staff. thank you anita. love linda dean
I live in Dillon SC. I have suffered from Sinus headaches and problems all my life. Then I went to see Dr. Jackson and had the Sinusspa treatment, last month. I finally have relief!!! It was a 30 minute in office procedure covered by Medicare.
Dr. Jackson is extremely knowlegeable, helpful and professional with a very caring staff. It is well worth the hour that I have to drive to get to her office.
