My mom made an apt for this morning that she waited two weeks for, took the day off of work which meant she had to work 3hrs on her day off to excuse the hours she would be missing for her apt today.. Beware, once your on their books you can't be removed and they will bill you or your insurance company for monthly "managed care". I've tried everything short of hiring a lawyer to do a cease and desist letter. Been years since I've been there, and even changing my phone number to cut ties. Insurance notified but restarts paying them after reporting! BTW, I have no medical need for managed care, so no reason for it to have started.
BE AWARE… THIS PEOPLE CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY, NOT YOUR HEALTH 1- they tell me I have to pay a visit (that I had already paid) they call you and call you and call you… their accounting system is so ancient that they are still using paper files and it seems it’s all dependent of the one person. If she is not there or in my case cannot find a receipt, because she probably forgot to file it… then you have to pay.
