What a sham. Gallo did a half fast job. During exam refused to advise what my numbers were. I waited in the seating area and there realized that she did NOT conduct my reading exam - my main concern. I told her and she must've realized the exact same thing and led me back into the exam room. No apology or acknowledgement. How does this even happen? Dr. Gallo is an expert on contact lenses and what works for every individual eye. I was getting headaches and she adjusted my prescription and fitted me with a new brand that works so much better for me. Everyone here was organized and friendly and I’m so much happier with the new lenses.

Dr. Gallo was very kind and attentive to my children and myself during our appointment. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. If you’re looking for an eye doctor who truly cares about their patients and provides top-notch care, this is the place. Highly recommend!
I had my eye appointment at Dr. Gallo & Associates, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.
