Rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful and entitled can sum up her behavior and attitude during our visit. She is a paid professional, paid by her patients, and when I was there with an elderly parent and I bring up concerns and she replies for me to “be quiet” that is most unprofessional on her part. Who exactly are we to discuss our vision concerns with? Her staff was mostly, aside from one member, rude as well. This surgeon was absolutely horrible when it came to surgery. I said I needed to be asleep before she started working on my eye she refused to wait she would not listen to me, yelling and screaming. No stop. She continued to force it on me the needle in my eye, I have never had such an experience Surgery and a surgeon. I would never recommend her.
