Dr. B is very friendly and caring. We talked about me having to get a CT Scan procedure. In my next scheduled visit I was expecting a CT Scan. When I arrived at the office they said there was no CT Scan scheduled. I simply met with Dr. B who said I need a CT Scan. I felt cheated because I had to pay for yet another consultation visit.
I was asked to come back so the nurse could show me how to give myself a shot for a prescription. When I checked in. After waiting a half hour I asked if it was going to be longer. I was told they were very busy back there. After an hour I explained I had to leave for another appointment. The receptionist said she was going back to check. After a few minutes the receptionist came out and said I could go back. After standing there for awhile a nurse asked if she could help.
