Dr. was our family Dr. for several years and we hated to lose her. She was always patient, kind, attentive, professional, listened to your concerns, and never talked above us a patients. She did her best to get to the bottom of any issues we had. My family love her and felt at ease with her. We hope and pray the best for her. The Turners
Dr Ramos was my doctor prior to her quitting Baylor Scott & White. She was very attentive and personable. I really hate that she is no longer with Baylor Scott & White as she was very thorough and followed up. I would also send emails to her with questions I may have had and she was very prompt with her responses. I hope she returns.
Dr. Ramos is by far one of the worst doctors I have ever treated with. She lacks knowledge on basic issues and when you issues that come up medically does not appear she try to find out what is really going with the patient. I had exrays done of my back and radiologists suggested a heart exray due to enlarged heart. Once confirmed she never called me to go over my exray I had to call her office to a referral to a heart specialist on my own.
Dr. Ramos listens to your concerns and is very caring. I am so glad she isn’t doctor!
Dr. Ramos is EXCELLENT She is attentive, personable , listens!! She returns call, emails and genuinely cares about her patients. Best Choice I ever Made
Dr. Ramos is friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. She listened to my concerns and spent the time necessary to answer my questions. She had gained my trust.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ramos for 3 years. Dr. Ramos consistently demonstrates a sincere care for me and my presenting medical problems and is very patient and comprehensive in determining a personalized plan of care for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Ramos to my family, friends, and professional colleagues. I feel confident in the medical care that she provides and have always had good outcomes. Thank you Dr. Ramos and Baylor for the comprehensive care that you provide.
(Former patient) Dr Ramos tried to send me back to work even though I was clearly still in pain. She sent me to a specialist (the results was arthritis in my back) upon returning back to work she did not sign my Short term disability papers and I was not paid for my time off. When I tried speaking to her on the matter she ignored my attempts. Me and my family will not go back to see her. Doctors need to be there for their patients.
As a former patient of Dr. Anika Ramos, she was okay with routine care. However, after an injury, I seem to have to tell Dr. Ramos to refer me to a specialist. When labs were out of range, she offered no advice. When I was attempting to file paperwork for disability claim, she refused to complete the paperwork by the attending physician. I never was able to speak to her by phone. When seeking to access medical supplies, it took months to get even one supply.
