Communication was abysmal. The omissions in communication were many, and could have given rise to significant legal issues. The thing that I find most annoying is that as a wage earner I have paid a lot of money for a service I had an expectation of receiving.
Nothing but the best care and attention . Dr Moxon and his staff are so friendly, professional and always there to help. My surgery and hospital care was excellent with a wonderful result. Thankyou Dr A Moxon.
I found my appointment today very distressing. I felt a significant lack of empathy from the specialist, who spoke at me rather than taking the time to explain my situation clearly. I communicated that I am still experiencing pain, take pain medication regularly, and am unable to walk long distances or navigate stairs. Went for an opinion for further treatment options after MRI showed chronic sprain injuries and ankle instability and a lot of inflammation/tendonitis .. I have tried every option and have been having physio for years and despite my scans he claimed it was all from my back and tried to dismiss it as nothing wrong.
