Dr Angus Moxon done my knee replacemen surgery and it went really well. Only took three weeks from start to having my knee replacemen done. Dr Moxon is a down to earth fella and very professional at what he does. Only had the one knee done, but when the left one needs doing, it will be Dr Moxon that i will be getting to do it. Great with follow ups while in hospital and making sure that i was OK and if there was anything else I needed. Thank you Dr Moxon for all your help and the awesome job you have done for me. Amazing surgeon who put my foot back together after a silly accident. He was kind and caring throughout the whole process and back up. Always saying I can call and make an appointment if I have any issues or questions. He got me walking again with no pain . I am forever grateful.
I first saw Dr Moxon back in 2019 for my left knee meniscal tear, he did the arthroscopy for me and my left knee never felt better. I went to see him today for my right ankle injury and can say his staff were welcoming and friendly as they were back in 2019. Dr Moxon looked at my report and advised I needed physio and strength exercises to find x the issue. On both occasions he's spoken nicely to me, I didn't have any issues. I think him and his team are great.
I am unclear on his technical outcomes but when I get attitude from him by simply asking some simple questions about a future procedure. I was left feeling dismissed and disrespected - to the extent that the accompanying allied health professional apologised for his behaviour after he left the room. Very poor form.
Very dissatisfied with outcome of foot surgery. There were no post-surgery guidelines, eg when and what exercise can be undertaken over periods of time. I went back to him at 6 weeks and complained of pain, and was told by surgeon that it shouldn’t be painful. Visited again at six months (my instigation) and felt not listened to about ongoing pain in foot post surgery. Very disappointed with surgical outcomes and lack of follow-up care. Would not recommend this surgeon.
