Dr. Sambunaris is very easy to talk to. He gets right to the cause of your symptoms and treats it. He appears very confident in his diagnosis and treatment plan. I have been feeling great since my first visit in March of 2022.

I have been treated by Doctor Sambunaris oft and on for several years now. He is willing to listen to me and has had solutions other doctors donot. I recently began Ketamine treatment with his office and it has been wonderful. The results have outstanding. His office is conveniently located and his staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. i have recommended him to several of my friends and family. He is an Army veteran and understands our issues from first hand experience.

I did not know what to expect when I visited Dr. Sambunaris as I had never seen a Psychiatrist before. He was very thorough with going through my anxiety symptoms and then asking about my family history and tying the two together. I had never put the two together! He was so kind, using a drawing board to explain different treatment options, giving his recommendation for each and then asking my opinion of what he had shown me. We came up with a treatment strategy together and it has been the only one that has helped me. No ot... read more

Appointment is expensive and isnt worth it if I cant see Dr. Sambunaris. With the level of care going downhill I'm worried I'll have to find a different phychiatrist, which is daunting. Having to meeting with a med student or pharmacy clinician, who I have not built trust with, as a go between has hindered the therapudic process and has been detrimental to my mental health. Visits have become a game of telephone. I tell staff ABC and they percieve it as XYZ due to lack of comprehensive training and credentials. They leave th... read more

I used to feel as if Doctor Sambunaris truly cared about me and my wellbeing. I thought we had built a strong clinical relationship, with a great foundation based on trust, open communication and active listening. But recently I feel discarded. I am very dissapointed with my experience over the past several months. Over the past few months I have not even been able to even see doctor Sambunaris without practically begging. I keep being slotted with interns and new pharmacy staff who I dont have any clinical relationship with... read more

How does one write a review of a doctor who stops showing up for your appointments? Early on, I was happy with Sambunaris’. But things changed. Sambunaris began allowing pharmacy students to attend to his patients… by themselves. When I needed to discuss a new issue with him, the student took the information, fed it to Sambunaris secondhand and came back in with a new prescription. Stunned, I asked to see Sambunaris to discuss this. I was told that he was too busy, and that I’d see less and less of him as he continued to agg... read more

Unfortunately we never made it to the visit. Someone, not the doctor, interviewed my son over the phone and told him they would let him know if he was a good fit so that he doesn’t waist his time and they don’t waist theirs! Someone called back 2 days later and said they didn’t think it was the right clinic for him. And we’re not able to give any reasons. According to their website they specialize in 3 of the thing my son is suffering from. We were all so hopeful for this trifecta. Not sure what message it sends to someone i... read more

Dr. Sambunaris' mistake is letting his staff run his business, down to staff (Brandon)violating HIPPA laws by insisting I need to discus, in detail, my personal issues and side effects before letting me speak to the Dr. There were so many patient rights violated I don't even know where to start. They also would not let me speak with the Dr., regarding issues on meds he prescribed just a week earlier, unless I paid a FULL fee... AGAIN ... I've have used many well-respected psychiatrists around the world, and I have never been... read more
