Dr. Mancuso is great and has taken care of several issues for us! My husband and I have gone to him for years in Madison, AL. And it's wonderful that we don't have to wait months to get an appointment. We did have a wait from our appointment time but that happens in every doctor's office. Some patients take longer than others and I can see where that would be hard to predict. We get an afternoon appointment and don't plan things afterward (to box in the appointment time). Office closes at 5:00.
Insurance premiums are too expensive to deal with this outdated provider and outdated office. The office was blasting the song cheek to cheek by Fred Astaire repeatedly. Felt like I was in a fever dream!! Wait times were terrible and I work for an insurance provider and will be submitting a complaint.
This guy is clearly ready to retire. He couldn’t even manage a smile. A grouch!! The waiting room was PACKED. When he finally got to me it was like he had one foot outside the door.
My girlfriend went in as a new patient. The doctor came in reading the chart, introduced himself without even looking up. He then said to her “what would you like to show me”. He proceeded to write several prescriptions without examining her, simply based on her description of the issue. He was clearly in a hurry to get out of the room. A friend recommended this guy. Total thumbs down from us. We are back on the hunt for a good dermatologist 😂
The most unprofessional place I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Will not address pt concerns, no sense of urgency whatsoever. Dr is obviously there for his check only because he could care less about the pts. When you try to advocate for your loved ones, the office staff refuses to let you speak to anyone with a medical background stating “we are just the receptionists” when I ask to speak to a nurse, medical assistant etc, to get clarification, they hung up on me.
