I recently had an appointment Olivia was rude had ear pod in, doctor was amazing. I tried to tal to the manager and she is never in the office they said she leaves early and works 3 days a week. No management....

I have been going there for years the store is always clean and the staff is very helpful. Claudia helped me with my insurance took her time and was very patience with me, when I called back to reschedule Jocelyn was very helpful.

Monroe optical is a fantastic place to go. I had Marie help me and she really knows her stuff. Marie makes. You feel comfortable and she went way above and beyond to help me. Even the manager is so personable and knowledgeable as well as. Everyone that works there is so pleasant

I normally don’t write a review but this have to be known to other customers. Employee by the name of DAVID was very unprofessional, rude and no class and this was over the phone just imagine being in front of him. This is a warning to the customers that go to this store. CUSTOMERS BEWARE! I’m getting legal advice about this because the entire conversation was recorded. Employees like that makes business ratings go down.
