Clients BEWARE! It was good at first until second visit when I ended up having difficulty swallowing because of the throat pain. Dr. Naval performed fillings on couple of my teeth, which she didn't explain to me before working on it except weeks prior during first visit. I admit that it was my fault for not doing my due diligence of clarifying the work being done that day, so I could verify it. Update since 2017: Customer experience has gone down by ten-fold. I get that there's been a pandemic and that it's a small practice. However, I don't even get the niceties of small talk or follow-up report since my last appointment anymore. The staff just talk amongst each other in their own language and don't even stop to check how I'm doing during the procedure. They barely talk to me.
