I've been seeing Dr Peterman for over a decade and have found her AND her staff to be incredibly helpful and thorough. They always go the extra mile for their patients.
My husband has been seen by Dr. Peterman for many years and has been treated for skin cancer. We recently relocated to Florida. He specifically and solely went into the office prior to our move to sign a form authorizing release of medical records to our new dermatologist once one was selected. We have scheduled an appointment with a new Dr. and when my husband contacted Dr. Peterman's office he was advised there was no form on file. Dr. Peterman is a great dermatologist, but I am having some problems in getting my Retina-A. It seems that BC/BS has not received the preauthorization. The staff is very slow. I have seen Angela for many years and she it the best. I hope the staff gets their act together. At my age I still get ACNE (71).
