Dr. Oostema has been our family doctor for 7 years. She is incredibly kind and compassionate, thoughtful and never rushes. I'm shocked to see any negative reviews on here, as she always takes extra time to explain things and figure out what will work best. I'm always amazed at all of the personal details she remembers. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer she made it a point to check in with me regularly and offer help, even though I was under a cancer care team. She is a genuinely good doctor and human being.

Once our family became patients of Dr. Oostema, we've been able to schedule with Dr. or one of the great NPs within 24 hours of a call, even if non-emergent. Dr. Oostema is wonderful about listening to concerns, asking pointed questions, and explaining next steps, test results and medications and is incredibly thorough on routine exams. The only downside is that it took about 9 mos to get in for a new patient exam. We've been seeing Dr. Oostema and team for more than a year now.

Being a first time mom I wanted to find a doctor that not only understood my child and his special needs but a doctor that made me feel comfortable enough to trust my sons health and wellness to. DR. Oostema is an EXCELLENT child care provider and I've never had any issues with her or her office. Every time I have an appointment with her office, there is never a long wait and all her team members are all very courteous and pleasant. DR. Oostema is an excellent provider!!!!!
