Great doctor; explains everything and gives simple to understand guidance.
Customer service is excellent but the lack of clean carpets in exam room was off-putting, to say the least. Apparently, headquarters is not willing to keep the place looking professional.
Switching from a private optometrist, to LensCrafters, I was extremely worried about my level of care. But Doctor Hoe, her assistant Olga, and the lovely mother of five that assisted me with the glasses fitting, put me at ease! Extremely professional! Met all of my wants and needs! And rested me assured that I was in good hands! Until next time!
