Dr.Mazza and her team are true professionals. She always puts me at ease and explains everything thoroughly. She is an expert in her field.
I haven't actually gone to see this doctor yet but my review is for my interactions with her office staff. Both times that I have called, the call was answered quickly. The answering party was friendly and addressed all my questions and concerns. Good service is hard to find these days, and I have a great first impression so far.
I was disappointed to learn that Dr Mazza is not accepting new patients - other than those in need of biopsies or ablation. I guess the suffering of those with hypothyroidism doesn't count. Can anyone recommend any other integrative endocrinologists with Mazza's same holistic approach? We'd really appreciate it.
Wonderful bedside manner & very thorough with care & explanations of treatments. Very friendly & helpful staff. Just love coming to this office!
