In January 2025, I had an appointment with this dermatologist office,I try and go once a year for an annual body scan. The day of my appointment, there was an ice storm. All schools were canceled, including my daughters and the roads had dangerous conditions. I called the office early and left a message canceling my appointment, which was in a few hours. They give me a hard time about my Medicare insurance every time I try to make an appointment. I like Dr. Clay but not her desk people. Going to another Doctor I guess. I finally heard from office manager she told me they no longer take my insurance Medicare. Good luck getting prescriptions too.

Wow!! Finally, a diagnosis that makes sense. Her assistant was super-friendly and Dr. Clay seemed very sure and knowledgeable. She also made a suggestion of how I could save money on a treatment by waiting a couple of months. I’m glad to be supporting this local practice.

We love Dr. Clay and her office staff. She has treated multiple members of our family carefully and courteously over the years. Highly recommend.
