Dr. Black was amazing. My daughter had a tonsillectomy and her adenoids removed. Dr. Black explained every step to both of us and relieved any anxiety my daughter had. She visited with her pre-op to answer any questions and put her at ease. Everything went exactly as she said it would. Recovery was better than expected and my daughter experienced minimal pain. Dr. Black is amazing! She has been there for our son post NICU and gave him the ability to live without trach dependency. She is so smart , helpful , knowledgeable and kind 10/10
Dr Black was so kind and helpful to my son . Her calming nature was so appreciated while she did her exam. She explained everything she was going to do before she did anything. We never felt rushed and all of our questions were answered. So happy we found her! Wish she was closer to us but well worth the drive!! Highly recommend!
Disappointed and felt blown off after spending years with this provider. Spending visit time complaining about being black balled by the the hospital and not getting appropriate OR time and lack of Medicaid reimbursement rates was a huge turn off. Being told to come back over and over and being told to take my child to other specialty and still told me to make a follow up made me feel like I was wasting her time and honestly, mine too. The absolute best ent ever! You gave my daughter something we never thought possible! By removing her tracheostomy and reconstructing her airway she now can live trach free and gave this mama so much support! You were honest and straightforward but most of all you were kind and caring. Something so scary was a little less because of your amazing love of what you do! Thank you so much for being you!
